Career Matrix is a unique technology enabled Career Counseling platform aimed at Supporting Schools/ Colleges to meet their student career counseling demands

We believe that every student has the right to make a well –informed decision for their careers. Unfortunately , many students in India, lack the access to a wholesome counseling and personal guidance , which could develop a student’s pioneers in right direction.

Addressing this deficit is the pressing need of the hour, we aim to be the pioneers in providing an end-to-end solution.

Our Mission is to create an ecosystem within Educational Institute across India where a student can get career guidance from certified career counsellors as and when required.

We aim to have a pan India presence and want to work with educational institute and Individual counsellors who want to make an impact in student career choice.

We are a Team of Educationist, and Entrepreneurs who want to make a paradigm shift in the way a student makes his career choice.

We believe taking a career decision at a very tender age is a very daunting task and most of the times students takes this decision based on their gut feeling rather than based on their personality, Interest and skill.

We aim to help the students who are future of our country by making an ecosystem where they can get wholesome counselling as and when they need it.

Ritesh Shrivastava: Founder & CEO

He is a management graduate with rich Experience in Financial & Education sector. He has worked in companies like India Infoline distribution company Ltd, HDFC Bank Ltd., Educomp Solutions Ltd and Ebix Smartclass Educational services Pvt Ltd.

He is also an internationally certified career coach.

He specializes in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.

Navneet Sogani : Managing Director

He is an Entrepreneur from Heart and love to build businesses from Scratch. He has various business under his portfolio . His Flagship company is Cupid Compusoft which deals in gaming software development apart from this he is also an active director in career matrix India Pvt ltd.

He is software developer himself and love coding. He is a huge supporter of new innovation and he is one of the front runners to identify and nurture talent with potential.

He also loves travelling around and music is his passion
